Born in a long family line of traditional coffee growers, Nestor and Adrian, at just 21 and 23 years old, have driven the family farm in a new direction. When their father first told them he wasn't interested in producing speciality coffee, they bought him a piece of his land to start growing their own coffee. Fast forward 6 years later and they are now designing the processes for the whole farm and their dad is as proud as one can be!

This is an anaerobic long fermentation process of 180 hours and dried with a lot of care by the sun in traditional Colombian marquesinas for 20 days.
